Heritage Internet Technologies has always been eager
to find ways to give back to the surrounding and
global community. In early 2008 the HIT Good Works
Committee was founded to do just that. Since it's
organization, the committee has been able to
organize and take
part in many great charitable events. |

Puranokot School Nears Completion
|
|
With the help of monthly donations
made by HIT and it's employees, the
new schoolhouse in Puranokot, Nepal
will be completed in late February
2009.

HIT Helps Support Haitian Orphanage
|
|
In January 2009 HIT was able to
donate over 600 pounds of much
needed food and medicine to a small
2000 square foot orphanage in Haiti.
This small orphanage, with no
electricity or running water, houses
50 children and the 3 nannies who
care for them.

2008 Holiday Toy Drive
|
|
In the face of tough economic times
HIT employees continue to show their
generosity. HIT Staff donated
roughly 200 toys to help give
children in our area a brighter
holiday season. HIT would like to
thank all those who participated in
this drive.

HIT Adopts the Nepalese Villages of Purankot
|
|
The
employees of Heritage Internet
Technologies
have formally “adopted” the villages
of Puranokot, Nepal.
This “adoption” has been
inspired by
Brad Stone,
co-founder of Heritage, and his
humanitarian work with
Choice Humanitarian.

The Good Works Committee is very
excited to join forces with the
Provo City Parks and Recreation
department to help maintain the
Provo River Trail system.

2008 Share a Smile Triathlon
|
|
HIT staff members participated in
this years Share a Smile Triathlon
in August. All funds raised by this
triathlon will be used to build a
permanent charity dental clinic in
Utah Valley. This clinic will be a
place where dental professionals are
able to donate their time and skills
to the homeless and poor in our
community.
